How it goes
From the accident to the keys

Send us photos, or bring the car in
Text photos of the damage to the shop, or drive it over. Either way you get a free estimate — you do not need to decide anything first.

Tell us the claim number
If you have already opened a claim, give us the claim number and your insurer. If you have not, call us before you do — we will tell you what the damage actually involves so you know what you are reporting.

We deal with the adjuster
We write up the damage, send the documentation, and talk to the adjuster directly. Supplements — damage found once panels come off — go through us too. You do not have to relay messages between two parties.

The repair
Body and frame work, then paint matched to your factory colour, all in this building. Nothing is sent to a second shop, which is usually where claims lose time.

You pick it up
You pay your deductible; the rest is settled with the insurer. We will walk the car with you before you take it.

Not sure whether to file a claim at all? Call first. On smaller damage the repair sometimes costs less than what a claim does to your premium — we will give you the number either way.
